The Restoration Consultant position is an exciting new role within a new service offering, meaning the role not only offers a great opportunity today, but the ability to grow as a leader while you turn this into a new career! 

General Duties:

• Drive to remote locations assigned to do inspections with 3D camera and advise assured and contractors

• Remotely monitor quality and productivity of onsite inventory teams through ListerCloud

• Conduct training for new hires within the department
• Perform onsite inventory evaluations, utilizing our ListerMobile App
• Apply and follow all inventory services and Company policies and procedures
• Available to work flexible hours with minimal notice, including nights, weekends (extra hours required)
• Providing maximized performance levels under varying onsite work conditions
• Work with a team successfully to complete an onsite inventory efficiently
• Display a professional image and behavior at all times
• Available for extended travel and away time necessary to complete an onsite inventory
• Manage and direct actions of onsite inventory team members conducting onsite listings
• Evaluating items for salvage potential while performing onsite inventories

• Communicate concise information verbally and electronically
• Document information that is clear and easy to understand
• Able to handle conflict in a professional and courteous manner
• Reliable in meeting work commitments
• Able to diffuse potentially volatile situations
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Able to adapt to and address obstacles encountered during an onsite inventory
• Meets or exceeds periodic skills based testing
• Regular adherence to the Attendance Policy
• Able to work efficiently independently and with a team

 

Requirements:

  • ​Clean driving record
  • Must submit to background and drug test
  • Travel under short notice required to be successful in this position. Must be able and willing to travel 75% of the time
  • Great attendance
  • Able to properly move up to or more than 50 lbs
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Able to be active and on your feet for long periods of time
  • Able to work in various loss related conditions (Fire/soot damaged, weather damaged, mold etc.)
  • Demonstrable high level of customer service and sales skills
