SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (May 19, 2015) – CodeBlue, the leading innovator in the water mitigation industry, is celebrating the first anniversary of its contractor network, CodeBlue Elite. The network is made up of CodeBlue’s premium contractors that serve policyholders who call CodeBlue to report water mitigation claims.
“We are extremely proud of our elite network and what we have accomplished in our first year,” Vice President of Education Ed Jones said. “We have put a lot of time and effort into our contractors to make them the best in the industry.”
CodeBlue launched an exclusive network of contractors to reinforce customer service and build efficiency to reducing claim cycle time. The biggest advancement in the program came with the implementation of FaceTime and the use of iPads and iPhones to make the claims process more efficient for both the contractor and personnel from CodeBlue.
“We have really strived to improve our technology and communication with contractors, as well as the process.” Jones continued, “We recently introduced our SWOT review program and are about to launch our mobile application,both of which will continue to improve and inspire our contractor network.”
CodeBlue remains focused on customer service, not only with the policyholder and the carriers that insure them, but with its contractors as well.
